Hi! I’m Julian Pack
There are moments in life when everything changes. For me, it was when I was 17 and the most beautiful girl walked around the corner and into my heart. Our Love has led to a life filled with unforeseen adventures. We built a family of six, navigating life's highs and lows with unwavering faith and an abundance of God’s grace. At 25, with little mouths to feed, I became an electrician. I spent the first half of my career in residential and commercial new construction and then spent the next half doing service work. My passion in the electrical industry is fueled by a desire to do the best job possible with integrity, experience, and craftsmanship.
Harper's Electric is a tribute to my grandfather, Richard Harper, a man who mirrored my own spirit. He was a craftsman, an honest and inquisitive soul, and a lifelong dreamer. His stories, shared with humor and vulnerability, taught valuable lessons. His passing left a void, and naming my company after him is a way to honor his memory and the remarkable person he was.

We’ll schedule one of our highly skilled electrical techs to stop by and give you a free estimate, or if time allows they’ll do the job the same day.

We'll begin!
Once you approve the estimate we’ll schedule you for our first available opening, or a time that is convenient for you.

We do not charge by the hour, we charge by the job. So you don’t have to worry about us milking the clock or working too slow. We’ll give you an upfront price before we do any work, and with the exception of a few unforeseen events over the years, we do not change the price

We'll provide you an up front estimate, and if our schedule allows, we aim to complete it the same day, as we know your time is valuable. If not we'll arrange a convenient time for you. Your satisfaction and convenience are our priorities.
